Other forms
Section titled “Other forms”| Form | How to choose your property |
|---|---|
| Certificate Compliance | Type the property name on the first page. Later, the property fills in automatically. If your property has more than one location or building, choose the right one from the drop-down menu. |
| Contract Review Request | Choose your state on the first page, then choose your property from the drop-down menu on the next page. If the contract isn’t for a specific property, you can leave it as None. |
| Other/Miscellaneous Request | Click the lookup icon, enter your property name, and click Go!. Click your property’s name to select it. For a broader search, select All Fields below the search box. |
What happens next
- Your property is attached to the form, so Risk Management knows which property the request is for.
- If you can’t find your property, contact Risk Management before submitting.
